1. What materials are used in Pro-Spec Performance Parts products?
Pro-Spec Performance Parts uses aerospace-grade aluminum and other high-quality materials in their products.
2. What is the return policy at Pro-Spec Performance Parts?
Our return policy allows for returns in case of receiving a wrong or damaged product. The item must be in proper condition, unused, and in original packaging. Returns must be made within 20 working days. Cancellations are accepted before shipping, with possible charges. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. PLEASE REFER OUR REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY 
3. How long do I have to return a product?
Please return the product within 20 working days to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Ensure the product is returned with all attached tags and in its original packaging.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order after payment and before it gets shipped out. Once it ships out, cancellations will not be entertained. Please contact us.
5. How will I be refunded when I cancel my order?
If the cancellation occurs before the product is dispatched, the refund will occur through our payment gateway, using the same payment method used during the checkout process. This process will take 7 working days. 
6. Will the complete amount be refunded?
Depending on where in the order process your cancellation comes in, there might be some charges to you. These charges will be fair and nominal and will be limited to consumables used for the canceledorder and payment processing fees if any.
7. What is the shipping policy at Pro-Spec Performance Parts?
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping. In-stock standard items ordered by 3:30 PM IST ship the same day. Out-of-stock and Special Order items shipment will be confirmed at the ordering point. International orders may be subject to shipping, duties, and taxes as determined by the country of delivery. 8. What should I do if my product is lost or damaged during shipping?

9. Can we buy spare parts in case of damage to the products?

Easy Clutch FAQ

1. What is Easy Clutch?
The Easy Clutch is a device designed to reduce 40% of the clutch effort applied on the lever. It is custom-tuned for various riding conditions while conforming to global standards. 
The device is installed in place of the original clutch cable and uses high-quality materials such as aerospace-grade aluminum for the Pro series and high-grade composite material for the non-Pro series. This ensures durability and smooth operation, making it easier for riders to engage and disengage the clutch with less effort.
2. What is the difference between Easy Clutch Plus, Pro Plus and Pro?

- The Easy Clutch Plus is made up of engineered plastic housing with a Teflon bearing. It will be a direct replacement for your existing clutch.

- The Easy Clutch Pro Plus is made up of Aluminium with a needle roller bearing. It will be a direct replacement for your existing clutch.

- The Easy Clutch Pro is made up of Aluminium with a needle roller bearing. It is an added extension for your existing clutch. It is also known as the short version.

3. Does the Easy clutch compromise on clutch travel?

The Easy Clutch is designed keeping in mind the stock engagement and disengagement of the motorcycle, therefore when adjusted rightly the resultant engagement and disengagement is as per stock.

4. What is the right way to adjust the Easy clutch?

The correct way to adjust the Easy Clutch is to ensure that the clutch release point is at approximately 50% of the clutch lever travel. This means that the bike should start moving in 1st gear when the lever reaches about halfway through its range of motion.

5. What is the release point of the clutch?

The point at which the bike starts to crawl is called the release point of the clutch or biting point.

6. How does the Easy Clutch work?

The Easy Clutch has a fulcrum responsible for taking off the load transferred from the lever to the engine, resulting in a softer pull. It incorporates the world's smallest needle roller bearing, originally designed for 20,000 RPM applications. However, in this specific application, it is utilized for a reciprocating motion, resulting in a device with an extended lifespan.

7. What makes the Easy Clutch cable different?

Crafted from a flexible 2.5mm 7 by 7 multi-strand cross-braided cable, the Easy Clutch cable ensures durability and enhanced performance. It guarantees a lifespan of 25-30,000 kilometres, varying depending on the style. The Easy Clutch has been rigorously tested for over 100,000 kilometres across various terrains, utilizing a diverse range of motorcycle makes and models. This extensive testing ensures the durability and longevity of the device.

8. Can we only get the Easy Clutch cable once it's worn out or damaged due to wear and tear?

Yes, we sell spare parts for all products. Please contact us if you need to buy any spare products.

9. Does the Easy clutch have color options?
  • The Plus version is available only in black.
  • The Pro version has 5 colors: Black, Aluminium, Orange, Red, and Yellow.

Easy Cruz FAQ

1. What is the Easy Cruz?
The Easy Cruz is a mechanical friction throttle control device designed to replace the original equipment weights on your bike's handlebars. It allows you to maintain a steady throttle position without gripping it, making long rides more comfortable. The device is carefully designed to ensure there is no significant weight difference between the original bar end weights and the Easy Cruz device.  The Easy Cruz is Bike Specific Please refer to the Compatibility Chart 
2. Is the Easy Cruz a direct replacement for the bar end weights?
Yes, the Easy Cruz is a direct replacement for the bar end weights.
3. How do I use the Easy Cruz?
You can switch between cruise mode by turning the knob anti-clockwise and city mode by turning the knob clockwise. This makes it versatile for different riding conditions. Please Refer to the Installation guide for more help. 
4. What material is the Easy Cruz made of?
The Easy Cruz are made up of Stainless steel or Aluminium depending on the model.
5. Can I attach the Easy Cruz if my bike has bar end mirrors/knuckle guards?
Yes, to find the compatibility please refer to the Compatibility chart 
6. Does the Easy Cruz work with a Ride by Wire system?
Yes it is Compatible.
7. What is a Grub Screw? 
Grub Screw is used to increase or decrease the friction of the knob. 
8. Do I need to buy an additional left weight?

No, you do not need to buy an additional left weight. Few Easy Cruz have an additional left weight for durability/aesthetic purposes only.
NOTE this is not applicable for ECZ 030.

2. What is a base mount and how do I find my size?
The Pro-Spec Easy Tag Base Mount is a simple device engineered to protect the motorcycle and have a controlled slide during an unforeseen situation.
Also the device doubles up to enhance your riding experience by tagging on various add on’s Easy Tags available from Pro-Spec .
Base mounts are available in different sizes to fit various bike models and handlebar diameters. The sizes available are:
  1. 16 to 19mm
  2. 22 to 25mm
  3. 28mm
    To choose the correct base mount size, you need to measure the diameter of the area where you plan to attach the mount. You can do this by checking the circumference and then calculating the diameter. Please check the installation guide.
    3. What size water bottles will fit in the water bottle holder?
    Any standard 750ml to 1.5L bottle will fit.
    4. What can the Base mount be used for?

    The Pro-Spec Easy Tag Base Mount is a simple device engineered to protect the motorcycle and have a controlled slide during an unforeseen situation.

    The Easy Ride from Pro-Spec is a windshield extender designed to make highway riding more comfortable. Each Easy Ride undergoes rigorous wind tunnel testing, ensuring performance up to speeds of 250 km/h, while real-time testing across a variety of rugged terrains, guaranteeing the reliability of the device in diverse conditions confirms reliability even at speeds exceeding 225 km/h, providing confidence in everyday riding conditions.
    2. How does the Easy Ride work?
    The Easy Ride is a straightforward clip-on device, eliminating the need for any permanent drilling solutions on the OEM screen. It creates an air bubble while riding, resulting in a quieter and stress-free commute. The Easy Ride is Bike and windshield-specific. Please refer to the Compatibility Guide. 


    3. Is the Easy Ride a permanent fitting?
    No, The Easy Ride isn't a permanent fitting it is a clip-on. If you wish to purchase a permanent variant please contact us.

    1. What is the Easy Brake?

This improves the feel and feedback of the rear brake, making your adventure rides and city commutes easier.

    3. What material is used?

    Glass-filled Nylon is used because of its superior tensile strength, rigidity, toughness, chemical resistance, dimensional stability, and thermal resistance.

    Easy Mount FAQ 

    1. What is the Easy Mount?

    The Easy Mount from Pro-Spec is a versatile aux mount made from 302 stainless steel, which helps in rust prevention and load-bearing capacity.

    2. For which bikes is the Easy Mount compatible?

    The Easy Mount is available only for the Himalayan 411 and the Interceptor 650. For more information, please refer to the compatibility chart.

    3. What is the difference between the Easy Mount High and Low?

    The Easy Mount High will be attached near the headlight, whereas the Easy Mount Low will be attached to the tank guard.

    4. Is the Easy Mount Low available for the Himalayan 411 (2021+)?

    No, it cannot be attached as it doesn't have mounting nuts on the tank guard.

    5. What is the maximum load the Easy Mount can take?
    • The Easy Mount High can take up to 1kg.
    • The Easy Mount Low can take up to 500g.
