We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping.

In-stock standard items ordered by 5:30 PM IST ship same day.

Out-of-Stock and Special Order items shipment will be confirmed at ordering point.

International orders may be subject to shipping, duties and taxes as determined by country of delivery.
Shipping Details and Exclusions:

Shipping rate of orders are calculated on weight bases and have flat rate according across India .

Orders shipping to international destinations are excluded from free shipping and a flat rate of ₹2750.00 INR for 1KG and below and ₹3,500.00 INR above 1.1 KG are applicable using Aramex Courier service.
Rush Shipments:

Rush shipments are available for an additional cost for all domestic shipments.

Next day or second day air availability subject to standard DTDC/ service providers restrictions.

All payments are accepted in local or popular currency only through PayPal. We will not alter pricing on invoices. We will not mark items as “Gifts.” International shipping rates as applicable.

Not all items are available for international sale. Please check your local laws and regulations prior to ordering. A restocking fee will be applied to any international orders returned due to shipping restrictions.
Lost or Damaged Product:
- If a product is damaged during shipping, you must contact us with in 48 hours of receiving the product. At that time we will file a damage claim with the courier.
- Once the courier confirm the shipment was damaged in transit, a refund will be issued. If a product is lost during shipping, we will file a lost package claim with the courier.
- Once the courier confirms the shipment is lost, a replacement shipment will be sent.
