Installation Guide
Easy Clutch
Easy Ride
It’s working as promised on my Royal Enfield Bear 650. However, it took me 2–3 hours to install because I first had to understand how the clutch works, how the easy clutch functions, and how to adjust it. With a single clutch wire, you only have two adjustment points—one on the engine and one on the lever. But with the easy clutch, you get four adjustment points, which makes setup more precise. If not adjusted properly, you risk burning your clutch plates early.
Feedback for Support Team:
I understand it may not be possible to create installation videos for every brand and model, but it would be very helpful to have a generic video explaining how the easy clutch works and how to adjust it correctly.
The Easy Clutch Pro-Plus significantly reduces clutch effort—so much so that it can be operated effortlessly with a single finger. It greatly improves riding comfort, especially in traffic or on long rides.
However, one drawback is that it slightly narrows the clutch lever's free play, and some fine-tuning is required during installation. Over time, especially after some usage, gear shifting can become a bit stiff, and minor readjustment may be needed.
Overall, it's a well-designed product that delivers on its promise of ease and comfort, but it does require occasional fine-tuning to maintain optimal performance.

Got the EZ clutch for the Himalayan 450. Can smoothly operate the clutch with one finger. The length should be a bit longer because with an aftermarket handlebar the length was insufficient. Had to reroute the cable to get it to work properly.
It's a good product, but with installed handlebar Reacher, this product is not compatible, you will need to either remove the handle bar Reacher or forget this product. So, before placing order, make sure you don't have handlebar Reacher installed on your Himalayan 450. I needed handlebar Reacher for comfort, so this product is useless for me. I have kept the same for future use in another bike.
